All you need to sign up is your account number and your Telephone Access Code (TAC) to access your account from any touch-tone phone in North America. TeleService is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for:

    • Up-to-the-second account and loan balances.
    • Specific transactions or cheque clearing information.
    • Full transaction history from your last statement to the date of your inquiry.
    • Account transfers.
    • Loan payments.
    • Information on Credit Union branch locations and hours, and cash machine locations.
    • Pay your bills using a handy bill payment listing you've created.
