Position Description
As a Member Service Advisor this position is required to demonstrate aptitude as a trusted advisor by fulfilling the requests and transactions of members. This position will recognize member needs and successfully make referrals to appropriate trusted advisor. In addition, the Member Service Advisor must ensure all assigned deposit activities are in compliance with legislation, regulations, policy and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Our Member Service Advisor (MSA) position is required to demonstrate aptitude as a trusted advisor by fulfilling deposit related requests and transactions for our members. Our MSAs support our members by recognizing their needs by offering solutions or referring them to an appropriate trusted advisor. In addition, the Member Service Advisor must ensure all assigned deposit activities are in compliance with legislation, regulations, policy and procedures.
- Provide a range of deposit and cash transactions
- Fulfill member requests and provide referrals when appropriate
- Balancing and cash handling
Requirements:
- Strong communications & customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- Basic accounting skills
- Cash handling experience
