New Mobile App Release Coming October 2025

We’re making improvements to your digital banking experience! On October 30th, you’ll see some changes to how you sign in to your account and new features added so you can do even more in mobile and online banking. These updates are designed to enhance security, make your investments easier to access, and receiving payments faster than ever.
What You Need To Know
- A planned outage will occur between 10:45 pm on Wednesday, October 29th to approximately 4:00 am on Thursday, October 30th. During the outage, mobile and online banking will be temporarily unavailable, and there may be an additional delay before mobile banking is available when the upgrade goes live.
If a delay occurs, you will continue to have access to online banking. - The first time you log in to the mobile app after the upgrade, you will need to enter your username and password even if you have biometrics (faceID or touchID) enabled.
If you use biometrics and don’t remember your password, please login and change your password before the upgrade to ensure you don’t get locked out and have to reset your password. - Following the upgrade, you will receive a message on your current mobile app prompting you to complete a mandatory app upgrade.
Click “update now,” and you will be redirected to the mobile app store to complete the upgrade on your device.

1. Enhanced Security with Multi-Factor Authentication
We’re adding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help keep your account secure.
Choose from four options to protect your account with an added layer of security:
Members can add trusted devices to their account for easy future logins as part of MFA.
2. Wealth Management with Aviso
You’ll now be able to view your Aviso wealth management investment accounts in online
and mobile banking.
• Link your Aviso Wealth, QTrade Investor and QTrade Guided Portfolio accounts in three easy steps.
• See your balances, transactions, and investment details all in one place.
3. Interac e-Transfer® Enhancements for Business Members
Do more with Interac e-Transfer with new enhancements.
- Payments can now go directly to your account number, in addition to an email or phone number.
- People who send you money can include additional information about the payment.
