Beau brings over a decade of experience in business management and financial services to his role as Relationship Manager. Having grown up in Bonnyville, he has deep roots in the Lakeland and a strong appreciation for the businesses, especially agriculture, that make the region thrive.
Beau is passionate about building strong teams and believes success comes from surrounding yourself with trusted employees and professional partners. Known for his approachable style and ability to truly listen, Beau takes pride in providing tailored solutions for members.
Outside of work, Beau enjoys spending time with his children, volunteering with the Beaver River Fish & Game Association, and staying active out on the golf course.
Huguette brings over 40 years of banking experience to her role, offering unmatched expertise and insight to business members. Since moving to Bonnyville in 1984, she has become a trusted advisor, known for her ability to provide timely, practical guidance.
Huguette believes a great bookkeeper is a business owner’s most valuable asset and encourages members to build strong professional networks. She is proud to support entrepreneurs who contribute to the strength of the Lakeland economy.
Outside of work, Huguette enjoys music (her first job was as a piano teacher!), getting outside on the trails in the winter, and drinking hot coffee while taking in an early morning.
Sam combines the perspective of a small business owner with a strong educational foundation in Business Administration. His hands-on understanding of entrepreneurship allows him to connect with members on a practical level, offering solutions that reflect the realities of running a business.
Since moving to the Lakeland three years ago, Sam has valued the chance to work with local entrepreneurs who contribute so much to the region’s economy and culture. Known for his upbeat attitude and communication skills, Sam is passionate about supporting start-ups and established businesses alike.
Outside of work, you’ll often find him playing hockey, camping, or enjoying time with friends.
Born and raised in Bonnyville, Tyler knows the Lakeland, and all the opportunities that are available to residents who call this region home. He values trust above all, and the members he assists rave about his fresh and honest financial perspective. When he is not in the office, Tyler is either golfing or fishing in one of many lakes in the Lakeland. From working as a front-line staff to the commercial business department, Tyler has worked in several departments at Lakeland Credit Union.
With such experience, Tyler can anticipate members' needs and provide creative solutions. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MacEwan University and returned to the Lakeland to continue his career.
