Mobile App Update

February 20, 2024 - This release is required to update an expiring security certificate.

On February 27th, the app will be set to a mandatory update requiring members to complete the app update. 

New Security Measure for Online Banking

In light of observed fraudulent activity to members who don’t regularly use their online banking, members who have not been online for more than 120 days are required to contact our Member Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to access online banking. We will be pleased to promptly confirm your identity and re-establish access.

We appreciate that this will cause an inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding as we look to protect our members from fraudulent online account access.
