On May 8, 2025, a technical issue with one of our vendors caused some bill payments from May 7 to be credited twice to the biller. Rest assured:
  • No member accounts were debited twice – all duplicate transactions will be automatically reversed.
  • No action is needed at this time – billers are aware of the issue and will handle corrections.

What you can do:

  • Monitor your biller accounts for reversals over the coming weeks.
  • Ensure sufficient funds/credit to cover the original payment amount.

Mobile Banking - Apple Devices

Please be advised that the widget feature for mobile banking is not functioning properly on Apple devices after the iOS 18 upgrade. As a result, the feature that shows favorites and account balances has disappeared from the "Today View" on users' devices. However, the widgets are still visible on the pre-login screen of the iOS app, which remains unaffected by the upgrade.  We are actively working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Security Measure for Online Banking

Members who have not used online banking for more than 120 days are required to contact our Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to re-establish access.
