Android App Availability in Google Play Store

Starting November 1, some Android users may experience issues installing or reinstalling our app from the Google Play Store. The Online Banking App for Android will be temporarily unavailable until the release of version 4.4, which is expected to be available by December 5. During this time, you can securely access your accounts through our online banking site using your mobile browser or computer.

User that will be affected:

- New App users
- Existing App users who try to reinstall the App
- Existing App users who try to set up new Android device

If an affected android users wishes to deposit a cheque during this period, they may use one of the following alternatives:

- Deposit via ATM
- Deposit at the branch
- Use an Apple device to deposit

Security Measure for Online Banking

Members who have not used online banking for more than 120 days are required to contact our Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to re-establish access.
