Interac e-Transfer Upgrades

Sometime during the window of Tuesday, May 19 between 10 PM and 2 AM, and Wednesday, May 20 between 8 PM and 10 PM, there may be some interruption in your ability to e-Transfer while upgrades are made to the system.

New Interac e-Transfer for Business will offer new features for both businesses and consumers when it comes to their future e-Transfers.

1. Payments will now be able to be sent straight to your account number, without needing an email or phone number. 

2. You'll receive a more detailed remittance information from people who send you money, making it easier to track and reconcile payments. 

3. These Interac e-Transfer enhancements are available for all members - including personal and business accounts.

Security Measure for Online Banking

Members who have not used online banking for more than 120 days are required to contact our Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to re-establish access.
