April 8, 2026 12:15 PM There is currently an interruption affecting our banking system in-branch and Online Banking. ATM and POS are also impacted and using offline limits to process transactions. The issue is under investigation by our provider.

Members who have not used online banking for more than 120 days are required to contact our Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to re-establish access.

We appreciate your understanding as we look to protect our members from fraudulent online account access.
