Interac e-Transfer Outage

1. Friday, April 19, 2024 from 11 PM to 1 AM
2. Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 12 AM to 1:30 AM

During this window, you will not be able to send or receive e-Transfers. 

The outage window is planned to occur overnight to allow our service provider to complete the critical upgrades and verify that the e-Transfer service is operational. The outage window may be slightly extended to complete testing; if you cannot log in to digital banking, please wait 30 minutes and retry.

New Security Measure for Online Banking

In light of observed fraudulent activity, members who have not used online banking for more than 120 days are required to contact our Service Centre at (780) 826-3377 to re-establish access.
