On May 23 1940, Lakeland Credit Union held its first Annual General Meeting. Through booms and busts, we have stood strong and unwavering as a source of inspiration and perseverance, mirrored by members of the communities we serve. As we celebrate 80 years of growth and member focused dedication, LCU will be hosting many community events and initiatives for the communities in Lakeland.

Below are events and initiatives scheduled to celebrate over the next year. 

Free Friday Frenzy

LCU will be giving out gifts from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on June 12, 19 and 26 to families in front of the Cold Lake and Bonnyville branches

AGM

Lakeland Credit Union’s 80th anniversary celebration will conclude on March 3rd, 2021 with an Annual General Meeting. More info to follow

Events will be dependent on  regulations set out keeping the health and safety of our members and community a top priority.

All attendees and participants must remember that in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, many planned anniversary celebration events will be dependent on bylaws and guidelines set to ensure community safety. During these events, self-distancing rules will be enforced at all times.
