To Our Valued Lakeland Credit Union Members,

On Tuesday, December 08, 2020, the Government of Alberta increased restrictions in response to the high and concerning number of COVID-19 cases. These new restrictions will be in place for four weeks. The health of our community members in the Lakeland region matters to us. With that in mind, your Lakeland Credit Union, as of Monday, December 14, 2020, will be taking precautionary measures to protect our members' and staff's health and safety.

We have put stringent cleaning and COVID-19 precautionary measures at our branches and robust protocols at Lakeland Credit Union to ensure compliance with public health requirements.

Here is what you need to know:

• All LCU branches will have a mandatory wear a mask policy – as required by Alberta Health Covid-19 advisory
• We ask all members who may experience symptoms of COVID-19 to not visit any of our branches for at least ten days after the onset of symptoms (as per Alberta Health Covid-19 advisory)
• When at our branches, members are advised to limit close face-to-face contact with LCU staff
• Members are advised to keep at least 6 feet of distance between others at the branch
• All our branches have sanitizers, and we strongly encourage members to use sanitizers before approaching our wickets
